They also have a downstairs event area which plays host to DJs, live bands and acoustic sets, making it one of the Northern Quarter’s best all-in-one venues. There's even a great terrace area where in the summer a BBQ will keep visitors well fed while they enjoy a drink.

The bar offers up a great cocktail list, local ales and of course, premium whiskeys. The Whiskey Jar also does some great cocktail classes for anyone who wants to learn how to recreate some of their favourite drinks. Food-wise, there's a range of gourmet pies and sides, offering something hearty and filling to go with your whiskey.
